Nasdaq in its secondary offering by Borse Dubai

On March 22, 2024, Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) completed the previously announced secondary offering by Borse Dubai of 31,000,000 shares of Nasdaq’s common stock at $59.00 per share. The aggregate amount of the offering was approximately $1.8 billion.
