Navitas Semiconductor Corporation in its cooperation agreement with Ranbir Singh

On April 24, 2025, Navitas Semiconductor Corporation announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Dr. Ranbir Singh, a current director and significant stockholder of Navitas.  Pursuant to the agreement, Navitas adopted certain corporate governance enhancements, including appointment of an independent Board chair and formation of an Executive Steering Committee.
