PagerDuty in its cooperation agreement with Scalar Gauge Fund

On April, 28 2025, PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with Scalar Gauge Fund to appoint Donald J. Carty to its Board of Directors.  Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, Scalar Gauge has agreed to customary standstill provisions and voting commitments.
