Penn Entertainment in its nomination of two board members following discussions with HG Vora

On April 25, 2025, PENN Entertainment, Inc. (Nasdaq: PENN) announced that it intends to nominate Johnny Hartnett and Carlos Ruisanchez for election to its Board of Directors following discussions with HG Vora Capital Management, LLC.
