SoFi in its $1.5 billion public offering of common stock

On July 29, 2025, SoFi Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOFI) priced a registered public offering of $1.5 billion of shares of its common stock.  SoFi intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital and other business opportunities.
