TowneBank in the sale of its Resort Property Management segment, Towne Vacations

On April 6, 2026, TowneBank (NASDAQ: TOWN) announced it has completed a transaction to sell its Resort Property Management segment, Towne Vacations, for a transaction value of $250 million.
