Transformco in its credit card program with Fidem Financial and Blue Owl Capital and the creation of Aress Financial, LLC

On November 14, 2025, Transformco, Fidem Financial, and Blue Owl Capital announced the launch of Aress Financial, LLC, a credit card origination and servicing platform for co-branded credit cards.  In connection therewith, Aress will service, among other products, the newly launched Shop Your Way 5321 Visa Credit Card, which leverages Transformco’s existing Shop Your Way rewards program.
