Ventas in its Cooperation Agreement with Land & Buildings

On March 4, 2024, Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) entered into a cooperation agreement with Land & Buildings Investment Management LLC pursuant to which the Board of Directors has appointed Theodore Bigman and Joe V. Rodriguez, Jr. to the Board.  In connection with the cooperation agreement, Land & Buildings has agreed to standstill, voting and non-disparagement commitments lasting through the Company’s 2025 annual meeting.
