Bank of Montreal in its public offering and private placement of common shares totaling C$3.15 billion

On December 12th, 2022, Bank of Montreal announced the issue and sale of common shares pursuant to a public offering and a concurrent private placement for gross proceeds totaling approximately C$3.15 billion.
