Lumen in its cash tender offers for certain outstanding notes of Lumen and its subsidiary, Level 3

On November 12, 2024, Lumen Technologies, Inc. commenced five business day cash tender offers for $338 million in aggregate principal amount of five series of its unsecured notes and its subsidiary Level 3 Financing, Inc. commenced five business day cash tender offers for $607 million in aggregate principal amount of three series of its unsecured notes.  The offers are expected to expire on November 18, 2024.
