Dotdash Meredith in the amendment of its $1.2 billion term loan B facility

On November 26, 2024, Dotdash Meredith Inc., a subsidiary of IAC Inc., and certain of its subsidiaries entered into an amendment to its senior secured credit agreement to, among other things, reduce the interest rates applicable to its approximately $1.2 billion term loan B facility.
