Hidden Road in its $1.25 billion acquisition by Ripple
On April 8, 2025, Hidden Road Inc., a global credit network for prime brokerage, clearing and financing assets, announced that it had entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Ripple Labs Inc., a blockchain technology company and the developer of the digital asset XRP, in a cash and stock transaction with aggregate consideration valued at approximately $1.25 billion.
