Salesforce in its successful defense against an activism campaign by Elliott Management

On March 27, 2023, Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) issued a joint statement with Elliott Investment Management regarding the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Elliott having decided not to proceed with director nominations.  Salesforce’s upcoming annual meeting will proceed in the ordinary course.
