Hexcel in its cooperation agreement with Vision One
On March 3, 2026, Hexcel Corporation (NYSE: HXL) entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Vision One Fund, L.P. and its affiliates, pursuant to which Hexcel agreed to appoint a new independent director, Neal J. Keating, to its Board of Directors.
