IAC in its response to activism by Arkhouse

On April 29, 2025, IAC (NASDAQ: IAC) announced its intention to add Tor R. Braham to its Board of Directors in connection with its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders following constructive engagement with Arkhouse.  The Board also announced plans to adopt additional corporate governance enhancements.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to IAC and its Board of Directors.
