Independent Bank Group in its $175 million subordinated notes offering

On July 29, 2024, Independent Bank Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IBTX) announced the offering and pricing of $175 million aggregate principal amount of 8.375% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2034. The offering is expected to close on July 31, 2024.
