Match Group in its information sharing agreement with Elliott Investment Management L.P.

On March 25, 2024, Match Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTCH) announced that it has appointed Laura Jones and Spencer Rascoff to serve on its Board of Directors, effective immediately.  Match Group, Inc. has also entered into an information sharing agreement with Elliott Investment Management.
