MDU Resources Group in its amended and restated cooperation agreement with Corvex Management

On March 14, 2024, MDU Resources Group, Inc. (NYSE: MDU) entered into an Amended and Restated Cooperation Agreement with Corvex Management LP., which owns approximately 4.98% of the MDU Resources’ outstanding common stock.
