Phillips 66 in its response to activism by Elliott Management

On February 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) announced that it has appointed Robert W. Pease to serve on the board, effective immediately, following discussions with Elliott Investment Management L.P.
