Stephen Ross in his sale of a minority ownership stake in the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the F1 Miami Grand Prix and his Miami Open JV to Bin Lin

On March 31, 2026, The Miami Dolphins and their Chairman and Owner Stephen M. Ross have announced a strategic investment into the franchise by Bin Lin, the co-founder and vice chairman of Xiaomi, pursuant to which Lin will acquire a minority, non-controlling interest in each of the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and the Miami Open.  The transaction values the Ross’ sports portfolio at a record-setting $12.5 billion.
