Westrock Coffee Company in its Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation of its outstanding public and private placement warrants

On August 28, 2024, Westrock Coffee Company (NASDAQ: WEST) announced that it has commenced an exchange offer and consent solicitation relating to its outstanding public and private placement warrants, in which it is offering all holders of the warrants the opportunity to receive 0.290 common shares in exchange for each outstanding warrant tendered by the holder and exchanged pursuant to the offer.
