RTX Corporation in the $1.8 billion cross-border sale of its high-technology actuation and flight control activities, operated within the Collins Aerospace Systems division, to Safran S.A.

On July 21, 2023, Safran S.A. announced that it would acquire the high-technology actuation and flight control activities of Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.8 billion.
