Ingevity in its Cooperation Agreement with Vision One

On March 30, 2025, Ingevity Corporation (NYSE: NGVT) entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Vision One Fund, L.P. and its affiliates, pursuant to which Ingevity agreed to appoint a new independent director, F. David Segal, to its Board of Directors following its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
