Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority in its exchange of existing 2027 Notes for $173 million 2029 Notes and $100 million 2032 Notes

On June 10, 2025, the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority exchanged approximately $173 million in new 2029 notes for a like principal amount of its existing 2027 notes and, in addition, repurchased $3 million of 2027 notes for cash, pursuant to its previously announced offers made to eligible holders and related consent solicitation.  MTGA also exchanged $100 million in new 2032 notes for a like principal amount of existing 2027 notes, in a private transaction with the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut.
