Rockefeller Capital Management in its $622 million sale of a minority interest to IGM Financial

On April 3, 2023, Rockefeller Capital Management announced a minority investment in the company by IGM Financial Inc., a member of the Power Corporation of Canada group of companies.  IGM Financial is acquiring an approximately 20.5 percent ownership stake in the company in exchange for an investment of US$622 million.  In addition, as part of this transaction, the Rockefeller family is increasing its investment in the company.
