Teneo in its acquisition of Tulchan Communications

On January 10, 2023, Teneo announced its entry into an agreement to acquire Tulchan Communications LLP, a leading independent M&A, financial and corporate communications advisory firm.  The acquisition will provide a significant addition to Teneo’s strategic communications capabilities.
