eBay International Holding GmbH in the $1 billion sale of Aurelia Netherlands Topco B.V. shares to Aurelia UK Feederco Limited

On November 25, 2024, eBay International Holding GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay Inc., completed the sale of 96,745,804 ordinary shares of Aurelia Netherlands Topco B.V. to Aurelia UK Feederco Limited, which is owned by a consortium of investors led by Permira and Blackstone, for approximately $1.04 billion in cash.
