Elanco Animal Health Incorporated in its Cooperation Agreement with Ancora Holdings Group LLC

On April 1, 2024, Elanco Animal Health Incorporated (NYSE: ELAN) announced that it has appointed two new independent directors, Kathy Turner and Craig Wallace, to its Board of Directors.  In connection with the announcement, Elanco has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Ancora Holdings Group LLC and its affiliates.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Elanco.
