On February 20, 2024, Grupo Televisa, S.A.B., completed the spin-off of Ollamani, S.A.B., which holds the Mexican soccer team Club America, the Azteca Stadium, the PlayCity gaming business and a leading Spanish-language magazine business. Ollamani, S.A.B. is now publicly traded in Mexico.
