LKQ Corporation in its Cooperation Agreement with Ancora Catalyst Institutional, LP and Engine Capital, LP

On February 6, 2025, LKQ Corporation (NASDAQ: LKQ) announced that it has appointed two new independent directors, Sue Gove and Michael Powell, to its Board of Directors.  In connection with the announcement, LKQ has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Ancora Catalyst Institutional, LP, Engine Capital, LP and certain of their affiliates.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to LKQ.
