Match Group in its board refreshment efforts

On April 29, 2025, Match Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTCH) announced that it has appointed Kelly Campbell to serve on its Board of Directors in connection with its 2025 Annual Meeting.  Match Group also announced that Anson Funds has withdrawn its nomination of three directors to the Match Group Board of Directors.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Match Group, Inc. and its Board of Directors.
