VMware, a subsidiary of Broadcom, in the $4 billion sale of its End-User Computing Division to KKR

On February 26, 2024, Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ: AVGO) and its subsidiary VMware LLC entered into an agreement with KKR pursuant to which KKR will acquire the End-User Computing Division of VMware for approximately $4 billion.
