Westrock Coffee Company in its at-the-market offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock

On March 15, 2024, Westrock Coffee Company (NASDAQ:  WEST) launched an at-the-market offering program to offer and sell up to 5,000,000 shares of the company’s common stock through Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Truist Securities, Inc.
