Phillips 66 in its board appointments following engagement with Elliott Management

On March 8, 2026, the Board of Directors of Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) announced that it has appointed Howard Ungerleider and Kevin Meyers to serve on the board, effective immediately, following engagement with Elliott Investment Management.
