Inari Medical in its $4.9 billion acquisition by Stryker Corporation

On January 6, 2025, Inari Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: NARI) and Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) announced that the companies have entered into a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Stryker will acquire Inari Medical for approximately $4.9 billion in cash.
