OneTrust in the sale of its compliance and ethics business to EQS Group

On December 10, 2024, OneTrust, a leading privacy and security software provider, closed the sale of its compliance and ethics business, including Convercent by OneTrust®, to EQS Group, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, L.P. and leading cloud software provider for compliance & ethics, data privacy, sustainability management, and investor relations.
