United Community Banks in its acquisition of Peach State Bancshares

On April 21, 2026, United Community Banks, Inc. (NYSE: UCB) and Peach State Bancshares, Inc. announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which United will acquire Peach State, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Peach State Bank & Trust, in a stock and cash transaction with an aggregate value of approximately $100.8 million.
