Noetica in its acquisition by Thomson Reuters

On February 10, 2026, Thomson Reuters Corporation (TSX/Nasdaq: TRI), a global content and technology company, announced it has acquired Noetica Inc. Founded in 2022, Noetica is a New York-based AI-native start-up that transforms transaction-deal data into structured market intelligence for deal professionals. Dan Wertman, the co-founder and CEO of Noetica, started his career as a debt finance lawyer at Wachtell Lipton.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Noetica.
