Creative Artists Agency in the acquisition by Artémis of a majority stake in Creative Artists Agency, previously held by TPG

On September 7, 2023, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world’s leading entertainment and sports agency, and Artémis, the Pinault family’s investment company, announced that Artémis has agreed to acquire a majority stake in CAA, previously held by global investment firm TPG.  Temasek will remain a minority investor in CAA.  CMC Capital remains a CAA strategic partner.
