Analog Devices in its $1.5 billion acquisition of Empower Semiconductor

On May 19, 2026, Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) and Empower Semiconductor announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which ADI will acquire Empower Semiconductor in an all-cash transaction for $1.5 billion.
