Anywhere Real Estate in its $10 billion combination with Compass

On September 22, 2025, Compass, Inc. (NYSE:COMP) and Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE:HOUS) jointly announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement to combine in an all-stock transaction.  The combined company is expected to have an enterprise value of approximately $10 billion, including the assumption of debt.
