Danone in the sale of its Horizon Organic and Wallaby business to Platinum Equity

On January 2, 2024, Danone announced that it has agreed to sell its Horizon Organic and Wallaby premium organic dairy business to Platinum Equity.  Danone will continue to retain a stake in the business following the closing of the transaction.

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Danone.
