Global Payments in connection with its $7.25 billion revolving credit facility

On May 15, 2025, Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) entered into a $7.25 billion revolving credit facility in connection with its pending acquisition of Worldpay, $1.5 billion of which is available on limited conditionality to finance the transaction.
