Hubbell in its sale of its Residential Lighting business to Kingswood Capital

On December 21, 2023 Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBB) announced the execution of a definitive agreement to sell its Residential Lighting business to Kingswood Capital Management, LP.  The business sells indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
