Pilot Corporation in the $2.6 billion sale of its remaining interest in Pilot Travel Centers to Berkshire Hathaway
On January 16, 2024, Pilot Corporation, an affiliate of the Haslam family, entered into a settlement agreement and a purchase agreement providing for the sale of its remaining 20% interest in Pilot Travel Centers LLC to an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, as contemplated by the parties’ previously announced agreement to fully settle their Delaware litigation.
