RTX Corporation in its $620 million all-cash sale of Blue Canyon Technologies to MDA Space

On June 18, 2026, Raytheon Company, an RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) business, entered into a definitive agreement to sell Blue Canyon Technologies LLC, a spacecraft and satellite component manufacturer and mission services provider, to MDA Space Ltd. (NYSE: MDA), for $620 million in cash.
