LKQ Corporation in the $410 million sale of its Self Service segment to Pacific Avenue Capital Partners

On August 26, 2025, LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq: LKQ) announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Pick Your Part self-service business to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, LLC for $410 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
