OpenAI in its acquisition of Neptune Labs, Inc.

On December 3, 2025, OpenAI announced its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Neptune Labs, Inc.  Neptune helps train AI models and enables users to track experiments, monitor training and understand AI model behavior.
