Hubbell in its $3 billion acquisition of NSI Industries from Sentinel Capital Partners

On May 4, 2026, Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBB) announced a definitive agreement to acquire NSI Industries, a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, for $3 billion in cash, subject to customary adjustments.  NSI is a leading provider of electrical fittings, connectors, components and wire management products serving industrial, infrastructure and commercial end markets.  The transaction is expected to be accretive to Hubbell’s adjusted EPS in 2026 and will enhance Hubbell’s Electrical Solutions portfolio.   Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Hubbell.
